The mission: show the operation in terms the client actually understands

In this project, the challenge was clear: the client needed to display operational statuses using the specific terms required by their own customer. The system’s default statuses were not enough to provide the level of visibility they needed.

To solve this, we developed a custom solution in Magaya focused on adapting operational status visibility to the client’s real business logic.

1. Custom solution

We implemented a custom-field-based solution that allowed the client to view statuses using the exact terms requested by their customers, creating visibility that matched the operation more closely.

2. Improved visibility

The solution created a more detailed view of operational status, both inside Magaya and in the Innobo Hub portal, helping internal teams and end clients work with clearer information.

3. Status automation

We automated status updates in warehouse receipts, cargo releases, and shipments based on specific client-defined conditions, reducing manual work and improving consistency.

The result: a clearer operation aligned with the client’s reality

This solution shows that Magaya can be adapted to solve specific operational challenges without relying only on the system’s default statuses. When visibility improves, coordination improves too, along with the client experience and the team’s ability to act with more confidence.

More than simply renaming statuses, this kind of customization helps turn operations into an experience that is easier to understand, more useful, and better aligned with how the business actually works.
