Limitations to keep in mind
If an invoice is edited in Magaya, that change will not update automatically in QuickBooks. In addition, payments, checks, and journal entries cannot be transmitted through this extension.
If you are already using both systems and do not plan to reduce that software stack, connecting them is a smart way to take advantage of this feature.
